After relocating to Charlotte in 2012, Kayla worked in consulting as she simultaneously earned two master’s degrees: Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) and Master’s of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She spent 15 years in the Banking and Financial Services industry before deciding to pursue her passion for real estate as a full-time career, leveraging her experience as a finance executive to help her clients make informed, data-driven decisions about their investments in real property. Whether working with a first-time homebuyer or seasoned investor, Kayla prides herself on being there for her clients throughout every step of the homebuying process. She understands that purchasing a home can sometimes be an emotional process, and is sensitive to the unique needs of every client and every transaction.

Additionally, Kayla speaks fluent Spanish and has spent several years studying, living and working in Latin America. In her personal time, Kayla enjoys trying new restaurants, taking fitness classes, participating in mountain sports such as skiing and hiking, and spending time with her teenage son!
