Howard Martin is proud to join the Nestlewood team as a realtor/broker in NC & SC.

Howard came to the Carolinas in 2007 after being born and raised in NW Iowa. Most of Howard’s previous life was in the engineering world as a partner in an electrical company doing factory automation. Howard’s entry into real estate was not planned but he quickly discovered that selling an automation package or a client a home, the same things are key, knowing the product  and taking care of the client.
