Doug was raised in the Charlotte area and has lived here for most of his life.  As a young boy, he watched his parents build, buy, and sell homes from Greensboro to Wilmington North Carolina.  After living in Orlando for 11 years he couldn’t wait to bring his family back together in Charlotte.

Upon returning to Charlotte, Doug began his Real Estate career in 2017.  After experiencing other firms he joined Nestlewood Realty in February of 2019. Working with Nestlewood Realty has allowed him the opportunity to grow in the Charlotte Real Estate market, working with sellers, buyers, and construction in all forms. Nestlewood’s approach to teamwork affords him the opportunity to be involved in every step of the process for his clients, making sure that they are informed and educated every step of the way. With over 40 years of experience within the leadership team, there isn’t a situation they don’t have familiarity with. From staging, new construction, property management and more, we do it all.

Doug has spent his entire life in leadership roles and appreciates the importance of customer service and trust throughout the entire sales process.
