Ben, a native North Carolinian, moved to Charlotte in 2013 after graduating from UNC Chapel-Hill and joined the Nestlewood team in 2020. Ben currently resides in Merry Oaks, the relatively unknown gem next to Plaza Midwood. Ben has lived all over Charlotte, from Dilworth to Southend, Southend to Uptown, Plaza Midwood to Wesley Heights, and now Merry Oaks.

In his free time you can find Ben brewery or restaurant hopping around Charlotte, camping at nearby Uwharrie National Forest, or working on his cars in his garage. If you’re looking to find your next home in Uptown or the surrounding neighborhoods in Charlotte, Ben has lived in almost all of them!
